The Youth Development & Innovation Department empowers young people to grow as confident leaders, creative thinkers and active contributors to their communities.
Through mentorship, leadership development, life skills training, entrepreneurship and innovation, the department helps young people discover their strengths, explore opportunities and turn their ideas into meaningful action.
We create spaces where young people can learn from mentors, exchange ideas, develop practical skills and work together to address challenges in their communities. Special attention is given to refugees and host-community youth who face barriers to education, employment, mentorship and personal development.
Our goal is to equip young people with the knowledge, confidence and tools they need to shape their futures, develop innovative solutions and become agents of positive change.
